The website https://raphiastyle.com is operated and published by the company Tigmi Raphia, whose headquarters is located at 248 K HOUDA – AGADIR – Morocco, and which is listed on the Agadir Trade Register under number 39663.

You may only place an order or use our services after having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale below.

PREAMBLE

The general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions completed on the website: https://raphiastyle.com. The placement of an order implies that the client has read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale in an unconditional and irrevocable manner. RaphiaStyle can change the general terms and conditions of sale without prior notice. Any change made will have no impact on orders placed via the website prior to the modification.

PLACING AN ORDER

By checking the box, "I accept the general terms and conditions of sale" before proceeding to payment, the client irrevocably accepts the present terms and conditions. The client may only dispute them in the context of their right of withdrawal. In this way, the client recognises that they have read, understood and accepted the present terms and conditions.

Clients can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the website: https://raphiastyle.com. Order placement is done in several steps: selection of products, selection of quantities, validating the shopping cart, filling in client-specific information, indicating the chosen payment method and proceeding to payment.

Once the selected products and the shopping cart are validated, the client must proceed to payment of the order using the secure interface. This step will formalise the contract of sale linking them with RaphiaStyle in a firm and definitive manner. Once the client has validated an order, it is understood that the prices, volumes and proposed quantities have been accepted knowingly and without reservation by the client.

RaphiaStyle reserves the right to refuse any order made by a client in the event of insolvency of said client or in the event of non-payment of the order concerned or of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The computerised records, stored in the digital systems of RaphiaStyle under conditions of reasonable security, will be considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments that have taken place between the parties.

Invoices are archived on reliable, durable media forms so that they can be produced as proof.

PRICES

The prices mentioned on the website are net and expressed in Euro (€). Delivery is free for orders of or over €100. A contribution to delivery costs amounting to €10 remains at the expense of the client for orders under €100.

PAYMENT

The order will be validated or processed only after confirmation of receipt of payment.

RaphiaStyle offers its clients the choice of two payment methods. The client expressly acknowledges they have the right to use the payment method they have selected.

1/ 3D Secure payment by bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CMI, DINER'S CLUB, DISCOVER). Electronic payments are secured using via the CMI (Interbank Electronic Banking Centre) platform which offers a fully secure payment service.

RaphiaStyle reserves the right to add or remove certain payment methods at any time. Where applicable, the client will be informed of any such change.

DELIVERY

Delivery is made by plane by FedEx Express. After having received payment, your order will be shipped within 72 hours if the product is in stock. FedEx delivery times for France are around 4 days. If the product ordered is not available, delivery time can be 1, 2 or 3 weeks depending on the product in question. This corresponds to the required manufacturing time.

These delivery times are provided as guidelines only. RaphiaStyle cannot be held responsible in cases where FedEx fails to meet delivery times. Additionally, delivery delays shall not give rise to damages and interest, order cancellation, deductions or refusal to accept delivery. The client can accept delivery at home or at another address specified in the appropriate fields during order placement. RaphiaStyle is not responsible for any errors made in the address by the client during order placement. If RaphiaStyle has to resend the parcel to the client, the delivery costs will be at the expense of the latter.

CANCELLATION (right of withdrawal)

As stipulated in Article 30 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the client has a period of 14 days from their order's delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal. In order to do this, the client must contact RaphiaStyle via e-mail at: [email protected] to inform them of their intention to withdraw.

The merchandise must then be returned to the following address:

Once the merchandise has been received and checked by RaphiaStyle, the client will be fully refunded via the same payment method as used to pay for the order. Only products returned undamaged, intact and in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs must be paid by the client.

N.B. In cases of special orders (sizes, colours or other), the right to withdraw shall not be applicable.

EXCHANGES

Regarding exchanges, the client also has a period of 14 days from their order's delivery date to exchange a product, this being dependent on available stocks. It is sufficient to inform RaphiaStyle of the intention to exchange a product known via e-mail at: [email protected] Only products returned undamaged, intact and in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for an exchange. Return and redelivery costs must be paid by the client. If a product is out of stock, the client will be fully refunded. RaphiaStyle will contact the client in order to arrange the refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Only information necessary for order placement or for the creation of a client account (surname, forename, address, telephone number, etc.) will be requested from you. RaphiaStyle undertakes to only sending your information to third parties involved in the processing of your order. Only information necessary and indispensable for their work will be disclosed to them. Force majeure
